See what needs attention.
Start with upcoming plans, open spots, blockouts, and the people who need follow-up.
Ministry Margin makes Apple-native tools for church leaders who use Planning Center.
See what needs attention, find the person you are looking for, or pray for the people in your care.
These tools do not replace Planning Center. They use the information and workflows your church already has to give pastors and church staff a calmer place for the week's work.
Preparing to launch in late July 2026 for Mac and iPhone.

Actual Ministry Margin interface with sample church data.
Church staff carry service plans, volunteer follow-up, people lists, calendars, blockouts, reports, prayer requests, and the next Sunday already on its way.
That work is not the heart of ministry, but it keeps ministry moving. Ministry Margin helps answer the ordinary questions that surface all week.

Start with upcoming plans, open spots, blockouts, and the people who need follow-up.
Move from a service, person, report, or prayer request to the next step with less interface in the way.
Names in a database represent people to know, serve, contact, pray for, and care for.
Works with the system you already use
Planning Center holds the information. Ministry Margin helps you work with it.
Your church keeps its existing systems and records. Ministry Margin adds a focused working layer for the details you manage each week.

Sign in with the Planning Center account you already use.
Access stays within the permissions your church has already granted.
Bring services, people, calendars, reports, and prayer into a calmer place.

The app, up close
Across Mac and iPhone
Prayer requests often live in a note, spreadsheet, text thread, conversation, or someone's memory. Ministry Margin keeps them connected to the people in your care.
Attach prayer requests to people so care and follow-up stay grounded in real relationships.
Prayer requests stay in Ministry Margin. They are not written back to Planning Center.
Keep requests on one device or sync them through your private iCloud account.

Careful by default
Church data is people data. Ministry Margin is designed to work directly with your account and respect the access your church has already given you.
Sign in with Planning Center using your own account. No Planning Center password is entered into Ministry Margin.
Ministry Margin does not grant broader access than your Planning Center account already has.
The apps connect directly to Planning Center and store the data they need on your devices.
Built by a pastor for church staff
Ministry Margin is built by Jonny Kiedrowski, an associate pastor and worship leader with more than 18 years of weekly ministry experience.
Software cannot do the work of ministry. Better tools can reduce the drag around it and leave leaders more room to be present.
